To find local dialup numbers for IntraWorld, Parrett, DataWise, Renegade, 1010 Internet, Caliber, Springnet, EZ-Net or Ionia Internet accounts, click on the appropriate brand name.

Your phone exchange is usually the city you live in, but if you live on the edge of a city your exchange may be different than your home address. Example: If your phone number is (616) 754-5555 and your address is Sheridan, your exchange will be Greenville since 754 is a Greenville phone exchange.

Current EagleNet, IntraWorld, DataWise, Parrett, Renegade, Ionia or 1010 Internet customers using the Iserv statewide dialup numbers must add their entire email address to the end of their username when dialing in through an Iserv access number. Example: "yourusername@egl.net"

Nationwide Access

Toll-Free Access

In addition to iPass we also offer a 1-888 access number. You can access your Iserv Internet account from anywhere in the U.S. by dialing 1-888-222-5117. A 12 cent per minute charge will automatically be added to your Iserv invoice when you use the 1-888 access number.
